Quick Question

Im new here on these forums, so Hi to you all.

My question is how do you change the unit scale to a different setting.
Somehow, i get half the troops i used to get when they are just trained.

have they been in battle? if so, you got to re-train them...

Negative, after i train them their numbers are low.

But still, if I were to start a new campaign, how would I change the unit scale?
