Arenas & Hippodromes

I've heard that you can have both yearly/monthly/daily games and races for arenas and hippodromes respectively, but whenever I build both in a city I see only races or games, depending on which building I built first. How do I get to see both the settings for races and games?

games yearly/monthly/daily, then races y/m/d, then games and races y/m/d
