Now if you lay siege to a city with an aquaduct should'nt you be able to do some nasty things.
1 taint there water
2 break it away from the city so they have no fresh water
3 break it right at the wall and after some time it might sap the wall without the use of a tunnel.
Aquaducts usually brought in water from miles away where the source was fresh.
So did anyone ever use these tactics against the Romans. I'm guessing that sapping the wall would'nt be to effective as they's probably find a way to cut off the source in most cases.
