View Full Version : Stamina and hardy
Is there any difference between stamina and hardy troop characteristics?
Troop card descriptions will sometimes reference hardy and sometimes stamina. Yet I have only found a reference to hardy within the export_unit_decr file.
Am I missing something here?

The descriptions have little to do with actual performance on the battlefield. In M:TW there were composite bows and regular bows but technically they were all the same. I think the same counts for this, it's just a different word for the same thing, perhaps done to make descriptions a little more diverse.
Jerome mentioned that if Fatigue was a problem we should add Hardy to the units. So obviously the units can live without it. Stamina on the other hand is in all units at the same time. Have I misunderstood the situation?

I thought if an unit was hardy it had alot of stamina. So it's just the same thing: having stamina/being hardy.

But Hardy/Very Hardy is bugged anyway, so it's pretty moot until a patch comes along...

Adding the hardy/very hardy attribute should give a unit more stamina and hence lessen the effects of fatique. At the moment it seems to be working in reverse
