It is an ongoing code project. At this point I have the factions, ancillaries, units, vnvs, and buildings being parsed. You can see what I am planning (layout wise). Just take note it is not functional in the sense of saving any changes.
Currently I have the ancillary panel 90% complete. Next step is saving.
