Two Faction Leader ?

Last night I was playing my Seleucid campaign & I bride two rebels generals and found that General A have a faction Leader trail and General B have a faction heir trail. ~D

After double checking I found that my true faction leader is defending the city of Byzantium from the brutii and my real Faction heir is eating up the scipii in Africa. So what happened here ~:confused:

When i faction is destroyed, faction heir/leader might become rebels if you bribe them it will say they are faction leader or heir but in reality they are not they just get the bonus.

In a similar vein some rebel cities are descrobed as rebel capitals. Salamis on Cyprus as a huge Egyptian rebel city was so described in one my games. Does they yield more loot or is a sort of error similar to bribing heirs to defunct turned rebels ?
