I've been playing the game since the first day it came out. I was really surpirsed when the Senate gave me a Decere as a "Major Exotic Unit" for completing a mission. Can any of the factions build them? I am playing as the Brutii and I don't think I can build them. I guess I'll use it with a bunch of silver shield Quinquiremes so that it doesn't take much damage, since I cannot retrain it.

Exactly! That's what I said when I got it. A Decere is the best ship. It has a crew of 60. No one else ever got it?

It can be built with the best temple of Neptune as the Scipii with a port naturally

If you conquer any lands with Neptune pantheons in them, you can get decs as other Romans.
