Building 0 time

Hello, I want to construct the buildings in 0 years, can be made? I have already modified export_building.. putting to 0 all the construction, but it does not work. I had already found the mod, but unfortunately I have had to cancel the game and I more do not succeed to find it from no part.

Why not mod the buildings into the cities so that they have the buildings you want. Also I think 1 turn is the lowest you can go because the A.I does the build turn for you, you just select what you want it to build on the build turn.
