I've seen two posts now, one by emperor eric and one by byzantine prince saying that you can't competely edit the campaign map, what are you talking about. Of course you can. I just want to set this right, look at theses threads:

In progress: Editing the campaign map (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=39773)

Making a new campaign map. (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=39456)

Am I right, or have I missed something important...

Maybe they mean you can't edit out Rome and Latium, as Duke John said?

Are there restrictions on the size of the campaign map or something? Because if they are, I have been wasting sooooo much time trying to fix bugs that aren't even there...

Silver Rusher, the Viking Age Total War map is currently 255*265. I don't know if there are any restriction, but I run the game with a 255*300 map too.

Could you please provide the dimensions of all the maps included in the campaign folder?
I have been working with a map 216 pixels high and there was no room for the radar map in the bottom left corner of the screen. Only part of the map was visible.
Thx.

The 2 radars map must be 255*150 and 510*300 (maybe 511*301) if I remember correctly.

Anyway, I think there might be some problems when you edit/delete regions.

I tried to delete Media, and the game wouldn't launch (error message : "you've chosen and invalide tiles (0, 0) for the settlement of"), though I've already deleted Atropatene
