Active Clans

I was wondering which clans were still up and running, and recruiting. I know that the wolves and knights of the realm are still up, because i was beaten by two of them :duel: ! But which others are dtill active?

Hunters, Bears, Silent Assassins, Celtiberos are active in VI

I think the Wolves you mention might be the DW Wolves?

You can still find some RW, RTK, FF, {|}, Gods, PFJ, and others.

Prophets, Mizus and Shingen are in the lobby usually playing the Shogun Mod, and of course, there are some really Ugly guys in the lobby also.

I think alot of players are still there but just under other names until a few of there clan mates come on. For example i hear alot of the RVN guys are in Rome but hidden to the naked eye :P

ELITE FORCE is very dissappointed about the damned ROME-"Alphaversion" and wait for a problem-solving patch (A likely story!) :furious3:

but waiting is very boring so ELITE FORCE is back in the VI-world after a long semi-active break.

let us hope, that a Romepatch will make RTW playable!!!

RTK Clan has many members active in RTW and still has some members active in MTW/VI.

Aggony has been growing steadily since Rome came out. And I personally draw swords with many of my 7Bear7 friends in old VI(still a whole lot of fun :charge: ).

well i just went to my my clans web site Clan LORE, and it has been disabled, due to inactivity and the horrible nature of RTW MP, u can click on my lick in my sig to read it, so i am not totally sure, but its my understanding that Clan LORE is dead.

There is still hope...MTW/VI is stll breathing barely, as Ichi quoted earlier many clans are still active. There has even been a small number of newbies that have emerged. Hunters are very active in MTW/VI we refuse to completely switch to RTW for the time being. Only time will tell whats in store for us and this beautiful game which once was...

Last I checked the Warlord clan is still active in RTW, but not in MTW or VI.

Chaos have been spread across because of the stuff that goes on in RTW
We have a lot more ppl that are active in VI than in Rome but we are getting a nice little number of us in RTW.

about 5 when all of us are on but i am boned because i dont have the patch yet but ill get it soon.

FF is still around as a clan despite some rumours, though not everyone is active in TW on the moment. I believe that Heart and Bait are still playing MTW-VI regularly, and that Louis, Annie, Gustav and undersigned recently decided to play with clan tags in RTW ;)

I havent been on multiplayer MTW VI in ages, last I was on OG (Old Guard) was massive and I was a member of it until it disbanded then loads of n00bies came in and I didnt like it anymore so aint been on in months. *sigh* :furious3:

The Grenadier Guards, a regiment of players for the NTW series, is active, and in fact just released their own first mod,

American War for Independence - Total War.

Based on the Lordz excellent Napoleonic Total War, this completely new mod allows players to fight on the fields of the American Revolution.

Hello Imperator. Long time no see. :bow:

More then RTW itself as a game, the problem is lobby. Maturity is lacking and this is the problem.
RTW is still few steps from MTW, but I can assure you that you can have some decent games in lobby if you play it with ''normal'' players.

If lobby would be as it is made in MTW/VI, I can assure you Imperator, that you would be playing RTW today. (lack of personalites which made STW and MTW ''epic'' - this is the main issue here)

Active clans - a thought which wonders through my minds many times.
I'm glad to know that many are still around.

Well if RTW 1.2 is not an option, then at least try Europa Barbarorum mod when will be out. (RTW should be at least like that).

@Hiji: There has been a few chaos players along with Warlord players in VI from time to time and yes Bears are active throughout the totalwar series yet espeically in VI, seeing as Rome was so very disapointing and continues to be today.

Well gameplay of RTW. It would be nice to be at least like it is in MTW/VI.

What about other clans Kenchi (I heard Tera and others went to WoW), Mokum Knights, VDM clan, Luna Rossa (where they are?), Fearful Ways, Dread Masters. Many, too many.

And what about AMP? Do anyone see him around this days?

When you mourn for the past, a part of you is there. You have to keep that in memory and go on. With doing this peace will settle in your mind and body.
Future is always unpredictable.

Regarding relations in TW community, people we know and we enjoyed talking with. Things have changed. Too many have already left and just few of us stayed. Golden ages of STW and some less bright of MTW have passed. A community we know back then has changed. Partly because of RTW as a game with many issues which needed to be solved and mainly because of people hesitation.

That period of a few months waiting is what killed the TW MP community.Unfortunately the community let the newcomers takeover and make this the dominant game style. While they complained and waited for patches a new community was formed and the old vets had nothing to go back to.

Few old clans are still insisting. Many new clans are found almost every weak and also disbanding in same time.

It is uncertain what it will bring in near future and how things will be envolving. It is time for us to realize this. After all, all good things have their end.

For the last time I bow to all players of TW MP series who left. A new era has begun.
It is on us what to do with the time which is given to us. I will stay here. I don't know for how long.Despite this I'm looking foward in the new beginning. Afterall time will tell us what we what will be.

Haven't seen Sensei or Chaos yet, but I've only been around for a month and a half or so. Red Dragon came on for a game, but from what the guys say he is totally into RTW for TW games right now. My apologies if I missed any members--I am new to the clan.

Hunters tend to be on in the evening, Eastern Standard Time (East USA), but you can often find Heretic and Celty on earlier (and Sun and me sometimes). Last week or so we had eight of us in the foyer at once--a feat only matched by the Bears and Tigers nowadays, it seems.

Guess we're the Lions ... oh my!
