I was playing a vh/vh campaign with Greece and had conquered most of the world now i was attacking rome.
I had a 10 star general called Nicanur the mighty with an elite army of 1100 in Italy and was attacked by a HUGE roman army of about 7500 men(a lot of reinforcements).
my men stood the first 3 waves and killed alot of Romans but then disaster struck and a onager hit killed my general my forces routed but not before killing 6900 romans i had 200 men left when i noticed a general in my army!
He was called Nicanur the second and had a trait called :son of great man +4 influence has anyone else encountered this?

Although I had several 10 stars "Mighty" generals, they have never left me such sons. I guess you're lucky ~;)

Did Nicanur have the 'breeds like a rabbit' trait?

The only rebirth I have experienced is if I assasinated a general without any troops. He dies, disapears and respawns the next turn at the same location (with a different name).
