Hi all,
Is it possible to allow buildings depending on the diplomatic status of factions?
For example a building (trade post) can be built in an area if faction A are allies with faction B. And then depending on the building faction A can built troops relevant to faction B that depend on the building?
This would be a great addition in the next update ... a colonization model can start from this one. i.e. the trade post can grow in to a colony then a village or a city depending on the policies of faction B. If the influence of the colony is grater than that of the region capital then the region goes through a transition period. Finally ends under the control of faction B.
From the existence of a trade post the local population synthesis starts to change till the transition period. If faction A goes to war with faction B then the area is unstable depending on dependencies of the population basis.
During transition period the area is under no-mans control and it is unstable so if there is violence from one side then there might be a retaliation of the colony population and the local population that has come under the influence of the colony.
