Map Exploit...How???

I think the title says it all but just in case

I have been hearing of this map exploit just about everywhere but i have no idea how to do it. So if anyone knows please tell me

what does it do? turns the fog of war off? you do that in the console, dont remember the command...

To get into the console I press ` on my keyboard but it may be ' on yours. Once the console comes up type toggle_fow and you should see the whole map.

I think the map exploit you've been hearing about everywhere isn't turning off the fog of war, but selling your map information. I'm told using a diplomat you can sell your map information to the AI time and time again, even when it hasn't changed, and make lots of money.
