View Full Version : BBC American
So much for ya Brit's keeping time commanders to yourselves.
I now get BBC, just noticed it when browsing through my channels. Although I wonder if Timecommanders will be shown on this. I'll have to email them and ask if they will put timecommanders on there.

I don't think it will be on the BBC America, since you chaps already had "Decisive Battles" on your history channel ~;) You've had enough RTW on TV, now go play it!! ~D

I've heard a lot of good things about it with the presentation of the battle and the history of the battle and such. Is it any good? I may see if I could order the DVD/VHS if it's out on the US History Channel website

The one's I have seen I am impressed with the attention to detail that they tried to put into each battle. Some might not agree with all the information they provide for the battle that they are showing - but so far they have done an excellent job on trying to present the battle the way it might have been fought during that time period.
I highly recommend the show, its some of the best battle recreation work that I have seen done on the television for ancient battles.

Sounds good ~D I'll see if I can order it then ~:) Thanks for the recommendation, Redleg
Edit: Bah! Neither of the History Channel stores have it. Oh well... ~:handball:
It will be out sooner or later - most likely later - but if I see it adverstised on the television next time I happen to watch I will try to post the information here.
