A friend of mine loved MTW & still dose, he saw RTW & loved it as well, but since we all know that it is much more deeper than MTW, he will be lost because he isn't good in english at all.

My question is: Can I change the langauage of the game into Arabic?

Well, you COULD, if you were willing to translate the whole game yourself... You should probably check with the Creative Assembly people if an arabic version is done or upcomming.

My guess is that the effort involved to localize RTW to arabic is tremendous, mainly because arabic script is written from right to left, which would mess up a lot of the layout of dialogs and windows . My guess is that CA will never do an arabic port.
