EA takes over small latin american country
Following on from their recent exclusive 5 year deal with the NFL, Electronic Arts today announced that they have bought El Salvador, and that from now on the country is to be known as EA Salvador. A spokesmen for the worldwide computer games giant deflected criticism of the deal by saying that
"It was El Salvador's fault. They were selling themselves to the highest bidder. EA would've been dumb NOT to buy it."
Experts predict that EA Salvadore will progressively lose it's excellent features, like it's beaches and tropical weather over the next few years, but gain a roller coaster, an elephant petting zoo, and several other extravagant, but entirely useless features.
In further news, EA Salvador will now be using a 38 hour clock, and the julian calendar.
