multiplayer question

i've got a question considering multiplayer, can you play it without gamespy arcade, because with game spy arcade you need to be a member of gamespy which I am not..
so any help is very appreciated

Yes, you can play without gamespy arcade.

Start RTW, select Multiplayer, enter your cd key, then select play on the internet, enter an online name, and there you are, in the lobby, without using gamespy arcade.
