The title says it all. I looked everywhere (maybe I missed it!) to change Merc Hoplites to be recruitable by Persia/Parthia. Maybe this will help them out.

As fas as I know, mercenaries are recruitable in determined regions by all the factions.
This point is controlled in Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_mercenaries.txt
Here you have one example:

pool Southern_Italy
regions Apulia Campania Bruttium
unit merc samnite, exp 1 cost 750 replenish 0.1 - 0.15 max 2 initial 1
unit merc greek hoplites, exp 0 cost 850 replenish 0.05 - 0.08 max 1 initial 0

I don't know exactly all the stuff there. Only that in those three regions (Apulia, Campania, Bruttium) it will be possible to recruit merc samnite and merc greek hoplites. Next it is the experience (I think), the cost, the maximum amount of units at the same time (2 samnites and 1 hoplites) and the initial amount (1 samnite, 0 hoplites).
I am not sure about the meaning of the numbers after replenish.
