give soldiers with plague less attack/defence

if you have the plague your sick when you're you cant fight well what do you think

If anything they should be unable to even leave the city/ship they contracted the plague in due to weakness. If the city is attacked then they should have their attack speed, defense skill, and movement speed possibly all halved due to their state of weakness.
