Is it possible to change the human player in the save game file?

I just want to see what would happen if more than one civilization used good strategy.

Since this topic is almost off of the forum from inactivity, I'm going to post to reactivate it to try & get some good posts here.

No, I dont know how to do this, but would be interesting to do though!
