"aan de lek" has got to mean "on the lake" - I'm just trying to learn more about other languages and pull paralels between ones I already know - namely english, what's wrong with that?
Also, when will Holland retreat it's troops from Netherlands and what will the Dutch have to say about that? - it's a joke from a british television series called "yes, prime minister!". Maybe a misplaced joke, but a joke nontheless.

Maybe my grammar and style of writing is heavily influenced with hollywood flicks. If you didn't know, Croatia is a small (4.5mil residents) European country that has finisihed a civil war only 10 years ago, and as such has a budget for culture as big as an average Americans year salary. Infact, there is nothing I despise more than american way of thinking and american culture. However, since this forum isn't a pollitical one, I will NOT express my feelings here. I hope this thread doesn't become a flame thread, and I'd like to apologise once more to every one I have maybe offended.
