To be honest I cant remember when I registered my other account - probably when MTW was released. I try to retrieve my password and although it says instructions have been sent to my email - nothing has come through for over a week.

That's probably a matter of some glitch with the software Kaldhore (the mailserver most likely). Send a mail to tosainu@totalwar.org and we should be able to get it back.

It was tiring: quite a few methods didn't work. Poor computer, so many wasted calculations.
