Amulius Victor is the greatest general ever in Rome:Total War, but he's friggin flaccid. That means he can't get it up, in case you were wondering. The game effects are that he has a decreased chance of having offspring. But he's amazing, and on top of that everybody else in the family is over 45, and he's only 30, but after ten years he hasn't done it. Is there anyway to counter-act this? Like, places to go, things to do, people in their retinue, anything. He must reproduce!

Pose as Hoggy. If you look at the Blue Lotus hosted mod thread, there's a lot of offers to have his babies.

Doesn't a Priestess of Juno give a better chance of getting children?
Heymate if all else fails capture a city with a temple of Freya or Aphrodite etc. and sit in him in that city.
I have noticed that generals very easily pick up the trait of 'battlescarred' (which impacts on fertility I believe) after the patch, which is a shame as I like sending my generals into the thick of things.

Doesn't a priestess of Juno add to fertility? If not, I'm pretty sure one or two of the other hangers-on do.
Find a character with an attendant who increases fertility and try adding that to your general's entourage.

Scar tissue is all around in 1.2
My generals barely have time to become "the Conqueror" before they're all "Scarface" ~;)
Perhaps the Trivium-guys will release a "chocolate chip pack" or something. They did a nice job with VnVs previously.
I thought Doctor increased babies rate.. Might be wrong...

allright wich priest does he have than go to data desc ancileries and mod his priest by giving him fertility or something else look it up at doctor
then give him like then 10% and sure he'll have babies
1 method give him an exotic slave and a mistress in his retinue. If that does'nt work there may be some problems as he has 3 avenues to take for a child.
Check his traits, if Spartan is one of then he's gay.
So if all else fails do the Braveheart maneuver. Heck if his dad made such a good son I'm sure there's a good chance he can do it again.

Yeh, there could be a chance he is gay, check his traits, if he has "prefers to be close to Generals" then there you have it !!! ~;)

Just check around the other family members retinue and check if they got something that increases the chance of having babies(that's the exact phrase you'll look for). Doctors, certain priests etc. have them.
Also, look for temples of fertility(ie. the ones giving a pop. increase), and stick him in a town with one.

Thing is, all of his uncles and his dad had the 'fertile' trait and made lots of lovin, but had a lotta daughters, and there all now in their 50s. He's not gay; the only bad trait he has is flaccid. But, someone said to stick him in a city with a certain type of temple, and it worked. He sat in a city with a temple of Jupiter/Juno? for a while (same city has his mom and dad/ little weird) and he finally made a son. But christ it took a long time. 20 years. So anyway, the temple thing seems to work, for future reference.

Also, I don't think the Spartan trait makes em gay. ~
It just makes em disiplined, but never thought it had an effect on baby makin.

Ceres. Temple of Ceres, for the Romans, makes them jump on the good foot and do the bad thing. Just to clarify.
