data/ui/... I dont have a ui folder!

Browsing through various files in the data folder I kept stumbling across file paths such as data/ui/generic/generic_ancillary.tga
Any ideas as to what's going on with this ui thing and how we can mess with the files in it?

you need to extract the pak files in the packs folder using Vercingetorix' pak extractor (do a search on TWC or SCC)
