I saw some posts claiming that the Zeus wonder now works. Well, according to my experience, it actually does not... If we capture Corinth, we get the initial +20 loyalty boost for capturing the wonder. This boost disappears after time. After it disappeared, I tried the giving Corinth as a gift to my roman allies... After the gift, my province loyalty didn't move a bit all across my empire... Where is the +4 (40?) to loyalty promised by the wonder?

Maybe it refers to loyalty against bribery?

In my campaign as Scipii, the Zeus wonder gives a permanent (well, for 50+ years now) +10% bonus to public order. I don't know how that translates from the "+4" given in the description, but it's still a nice bonus.

incidentally with the old game i found that the pyramids wonder and lighthouse at Alexandria were only temporary wonders too...they disappeared after only a few years-did anyone else find that and has this been fixed?

It's not exactly like that.

ALL wonders give a temporary 20 % boost to the loyalty of ALL the settlements. This boost wanes at the rate of 5 % a turn, IIRC.
But it's because these wonders have additionnal effects, which are permanents (the Pyramids, for example, remove the culture penalty from every egyptian settlement toward whoever have the wonder).

The Statue of Zeus was the only one which was supposed to have a permanent 20 % loyalty boost.

My last campaign as GCS I had the Zeus early on and had a +10 to public order throughout the game. I don't know whether that translates to loyalty or what, but I know that bonus would go away after a few years with v1.1.

So, I'm satisfied that it's fixed.

it's logical cause after a while the great epic story about the battle to conquer these wonders start to fade away

It's not exactly like that....

The Statue of Zeus was the only one which was supposed to have a permanent 20 % loyalty boost. The Mausoleum ? is a permanent 20% reduction to build times. I think that worked correctly in v1.1

yes it did, the buildings that needed 6 years to complete were only 5 if you had the wonder. they say 20 procent but it is just a reduction of a year.
and only for buildings that take longer then 5 years to build.
