Peasant family members/general bug

Well got a message for my 15 year old daugther to be married to a 31 year old. So I accepted and when I went to look for him I could'nt find him. So I look at the family tree he is there so I click and locate. Still do'nt see him in massila, only the father in law.............. then I notice I have a peasant unit with a generals star. I right click on him and that's him he shows up in the scroll as a general.

Worse yet he morphs into other units firts he became a ballista unit then a hastati. What's next flaming bacon.

Even worse I reloaded and it seems the next marriage resulted in a peasant general

But seriously, that's very strange. I haven't seen anything similar happen in my first post-patch campaign.

Typically you'll see a peasant unit card for a particular unit when that unit isn't supposed to be recruited, or a new unit has been added to the game but there isn't a little pic made for it. A few of the rebel generals in the game have a peasant pic, although when you look at their information it shows a general on horseback. I can't see why if the unit is one of your own that you should see a peasant pic. Is it maybe the case that one of the upgraded general's bodyguards added since the patch hasn't been given a specific picture??

I've seen the same bug with a roman general. It's just his unit card on the campaign map though. It seems to get a random bitmap from the game files every time I look at him. I've even seen him as part Decere and part red tiled roof ~D
