Chancellery, Constables Palace, Marshals Palace and Admiralty

Could anyone tell me what these buildings actually do????

Chancellery, Constables Palace, Marshals Palace and Admiralty

Should I bother with them, should i build just one. or should i build them in all my provinces? I am at a real loss of what they are for.

As far as I know they give you the ability to give a general a second title - admiral of the fleet etc. They give very good things with them - 2 starts etc, and are very worth getting. You can boost a general up 4 stars with a good province title and one of those 4 you name.

I actually started a thread on this subject just a day or two ago. I know about the titles, which aren't bad, but I still don't know if they provide any other benefits. Same for a lot of other specialized buildings.

I believe that these four give you a title that you can award to a general - the title will come w/ a star or two and possible loyalty, acumen, etc. I don't know if you can build two of these buildings, but you can own two if you happen to capture or bribe one. However, you only get to award the title once.
