Building 'titles' file not export_buildings.txt???

hi folks

what file gives the 'name' to the buildings you see in-game? for instance, in export_buildings.txt you see 'amphitheatre', great amphitheatre, and urban amphitheatre, but in-game you see 'colliseum' instead.

What file tracks this change?
