i would like to know wich tools you used and where i can get them

btw does anyone know how i can open cas/tga files.

There is a link to a CAS editor on the R:TW official site (haven't used it). If you just want to see the tga, you can open them in most picture editors, but the modders can probably give you a better tool to actually wrap the skin on the frames. I haven't tried modding 3-D skins since Quake2, so I can't really help you any further than that. Good luck.
