How to change units to different factions?

I have been quite curious for a while on how to change units to a different faction? How can I do this?

in your RTW\data folder, find export_descr_buildings.txt (sometimes referred to as EDB for convenience). Open this with any text edito (notepad, wordpad, etc). Find the unit you want to change, and where it says something like recruit "east hoplite" 0 requires factions { pontus, }

change it to

recruit "east hoplite" 0 requires factions { pontus, thrace, }

Be very careful to maintain the spelling, puncuation, and spacing properly or the game will CTD. Also, make sure you alter every level of the building that recruits this unit, or you may level up your town and find you can't recruit them anymore.
