Is it just me or every post I go into the recent post is at the top and the first post is at the bottom. This goes for 2+ pages long too. I have to go to the last page and read backwards to read the topic. I figured I would share because this is sorta weird.

Click option of choice, relax, enjoy.
~;)

Hold on, I don't know that it works within threads as well by making the order of posts ascending or descending. Hope it does.

AdrianII has it right; forum index has the options at the bottom (vs. within a thread, which does not). Pick 'descending' to see the oldest first.

What AdrianII says is true, if your problem is the ordering of threads within a forum. If, on the other hand, your problem is the order of posts within a thread, then you need go to UserCP/Edit Options (click this link (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/profile.php?do=editoptions)) and select Linear - Oldest First from the Thread Display Options/Thread Display Mode box.

Thanks, Therother.

Brilliant, never occurred to me we had the option. Thanks, Therother. No probs. If you really want some fun, try the Threaded or Hybrid modes. Can't say I've ever really seen the advantage of them, but I suppose I'm just stuck in my ways.

You cant until you are a senior member. This is quite annoying but thats the rules.

How do you edit your posts?
Hello Age, welcome to the Org ~

Lord Hornburg has it almost correct. The 'edit' button will appear when you are advanced to Member from your current status (Jr. Mbr). That will happen soon. Just keep posting, so we get to know you, and you'll be a fully-fledged Member. Meanwhile, I suggest using the "preview post" button before submitting posts - you can edit there.

That could cuase spamming like I just did as I couldn't add to my post in an edit.
