how do i unlock the other nations?

just wondering since i started playing for a month or so i though defeating the selecuids would unlock them boy was i wrong. can someone tell me how to unlock them thank you

Well, as they are a playable faction, then just eliminating them in a campaign should have worked, and I am not sure why it didn't. Anyway, for other ways check the ways I listed in a thread just below this one, titled "Where are the barbarians?? "
