How to take a screenshot and post it here?

I'm pretty sure there are other ways. But here's what I do.

1) Press Print Screen to grab a shot.
2) Get IRFANVIEW. (I noticed some screenshots include the "Paused" box, they must be using a screengrabber or something).
3) Use IRFANVIEW it to convert the TGA into JPG (find them in your RTW folder).
4) Go to www.imageshack.us
5) Click browse, pick your screenshot and upload by pressing "host it".
6) Copy the text on the "thumbnail link 1" (Hey, they are hosting it for you, at least give them a courtesy of linking back to their site).
7) Paste it here. Preview to see if they are working.
8) Submit reply.
