i don't know if this is the right place to ask such a question, but still:
does anyone knows if it's possible to mod the game so it will restrict the total number of units you can own at a given time?
lets say: 4 or five units per province. so now the player would be interested to conserv his units, to disband obsolete units in order to build new high-tech ones, it would prevent the player from blitzkrieg-ing the map with full stack armies, it will make the game harder to play, and the empire harder to defend.
i would be gratefull if anyone could help me. and pardon my spelling english ~:)
