Now that's sure a hard question...which i'm really not qualified to answer, but i'll try.

If you have a program like Frontpage it can show you how to make a website, otherwise you will have to learn to use html...run a search on the internet for html guides and you should be able to find enough info to get started.

You also need someone to host your site...like yahoo geocities or a number of others...again you can easily search for more free hosts.

i hope this helps somewhat plus i really hope someone with better knowledge of this kinda thing can help you.

I suggest you get online often, and recruit just one cool guy you think is good for your clan, and who can help you in setting the clan website. But a simple page for start is good enough.
