First a little backround.

The Science Olympiad (http://www.soinc.org/) is a competition were various schools come together and participate in various events. I for example participated in astronomy( a written test), Wright Stuff(rubber band powered airplane. For some odd reason it would dive when we tried to fly it, turns out we were winding it the wrong way :embarassed: ), and Physics Lab. I and my respective partners placed first, second, and third respectively. But much more importantly, my school placed first in the state and gets to go to nationals in late May ~

Ok, boast over.

I'm in Science Olympiad as well, but our highschool have only been into it for a couple years now. Good luck with that. I have a friend doing astronomy. It's like she checked out the entire library studying for it.
