I would just like to say that I met a few members of the 7BEAR7 clan and was much impressed with both their competitiveness and since of fun. Their website is very nice as well and they have several mambers now. I wish them the best of luck in the future. ElmarkOFear aka. UglyElmo

Although I have never heard much about the 7BEAR7 clan when I visited their website and forum noticed an untapped resource of interest.

So well done to the Bears. I hope none of them lost to the ever routing UglyElmo army? http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

Heya guys...the Bears are not new, they play mostly on old STW....same with our friends the Insane Clan.

Both rather large and sturdy clans, friendly, honourable and funny.

Pay their websites a visit...

LOL Kane, You have to remember to myself and possibly Toda, who have been around since old STW was released, even the Aggony clan is new given our ancient and colorful histories. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif

Lol no! I know Aggony, Bears and Insane are rather fresh clans.

I was only standing up for the Bears and Insane because they are not well known yet.

They live in the "old world" and they do a great job overthere. All thought old STW would be dead by now...but those 2 clans are still standing. They keep old shogun alive and support new players (amazing...still new players pop up at old).
Both honourable clans...they deserve some attention imho.

And I don't want to insult you, but I think your reply is rather childish.
Have fun reading your "history"book near the fireplace...grumpy old man.

I just happen to BE a grumpy old man! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif I also told my wife when she met me many many years ago that I was a big kid and would always BE a big kid so the 'childish' comment will be taken as a compliment. You possibly did not notice the big smiley face after my post? hehe Now if you want to know more about the type of player personality I am, talk with your clan mate ACE. I am sure he will tell you I am horrible, but only in how I play the game!
I do appreciate the background on these group of guys, they should get a special icon for keeping the old game alive and thriving.
PS. Lately I have noticed people taking benign statements from other people's posts and using them in taking personal shots at others. To some, use of the term 'childish' would be out of line . . for me it is just a proper description of my personality . . . I am the Rodney Dangerfield of Shogun. "I tell ya, I don't get no respect!" http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
I went back and re-read my previous post . . . I did not feel I was insulting your clan by calling it new (I have enjoyed playing with many of you), but if it appeared that way, then please accept my apologies.

LOL Elmo got shot in the wrong arse! Very funnie http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/tongue.gif Kane, Elmo a great old grumpy to have in battle and in life.. and given his long history in STW, maybe he can teach you a trick or two, like routing forward and the infamous wet wedgie arq charge (er.. who invented this anyway) etc.. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
