How to edit buildings info pic and icons ?

I'm looking for the file to edit in order to replace Buildings info pics and so on.

I have added paved roads to the barbarians. Now how do I make the icon/picture that of a roman paved roads rather than that of a default barracks?

Yup, I have it all unpacked, the problem is, my changes seem to be... Well... Meaningless.

You should have added the road icon from the building icons under the Roman culture folder to the barbarian culture folder. U sure thats what you've done?

Yup, even made a renamed copy of the file replacing ROME with BARBARIAN no luck.
