Hahah, i remember this sketch. It's from an impressions show called 'Dead Ringers' over here in the UK. It's pretty damn funny, despite that that imopression shows are kind of 'a dime a dozen' of late. ~:joker:

The programme that clip is off 'dead ringers' is great. Sketches like that constantly, very, very good! ~D

yeah we get it in australia, its a great show.
its funny the guy on the bus, interviewing the passengers and doing the running commentary.

If that Obi-wan clip is typical of the Dead Ringers show, I'm quite sad it isn't available for viewing in the US - at least to my knowledge.
