Help a busy, overwhelmed frog and tell me what the DIY fix for the 1.2 horse archer bug was again. I need it for my guide, and at a quick look I can't find it. I don't have time for more than that quick look, so unless someone tells me about it again I'll have to leave it out. Heh, can't even remember the topic where I saw it. If you can say who found it first so I can give credit that'd be nice too.

The solution is adding the "thrown" attribute to the mounted archer units. QWERTY discovered this fine workaround. The only negative is that the "missile attack icon" switches to a spear instead of a bow & arrow.
The list of units to search for and alter is:
barb chariot light briton
barb horse archers scythian
barb horse archers slave
barb noble horse archers scythian
barb scythian noblewomen scythian
east persian cavalry
east cataphract archer
east horse archer
east chariot archer
egyptian bedouin
egyptian chariot archer
egyptian general's bodyguard early
rebel amazon chariots
merc horse archers
merc bedouin archers
Is there a HA bug in 1.2? What is it?
As I understand it, they don't shoot on the move.

i dont think HA shoot on the move but numidian cavalry do.
