I'm not asking for the no cd patch or anything, but for legit reasons I would like a point in the right direction. Maybe someone could suggest what folder to open or which file to edit?

If I shouldn't even be asking this, then I fully apologize. Anyway thanks...

Actually scratch that. How do I edit the exe file myself to remove the 1 cheat per turn limit? I don't mind using a cd, but it sucks having to F4 the game.
