It seems that TosaInu's server is down just now. Hopefully he'll be online in a bit to tell us what going on. You can download the patch in installer form from a number of places. I'll see if I can get you a link in the meantime.

Thanks but i cant dl the installer form because their is something wrong with my registry and rtw that wont allow me to update, so i have to do it manually :(. THanks though :)
