How do you enable battle editor?

Editor

· Battle editor enabled – can be accessed by entering command line switch –enable_editor

so can someone tell me how to exactly do this

If you right click on the rome total war shortcut and select properties, then in the target box it will display the executable file, just add -enable_editor to the end, and when you run rtw, (using this shortcut), the editor will be accessible from the options button.
