how do you get rome to show errors?

i know its something like -show err but what exactly? help please

Add show_err to you Rome Total War shortcut.

So you get:

"C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" show_err

In the target field

[Myrddraal]

I thought it was:
"C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -show_err


Is that why I haven't seen an error in a while?

It seems to me that the - is optional. I have always just used show_err and get plenty of error messages. But I think that -show_err works also.

All the switches seem to work both with or without the hyphen in front of them.
