How do you get animations ingame?

I've seen it done and tried to learn for myself but it's damn near impossible everytime i create a new skeleton and start the game up it CTDs how have you people who have managed it got your animations ingame?? Could you please make a "how to get animations ingame" thread or reply please? I've been trying for weeks to get aniamtions ingame. Thx alot

P.S. If you have any info please contribute but if u havn't actually got animations ingame please don't say it "will" or "should" work because in theory all the software and methords i've tried should work but don't. :furious3:
