Either I seem to be missing something or I made a mistake with modding.

The Marius Reforms don't seem to work anymore.. I thought the reformations would happen 220BC or any date afterwards. Also it is required to have an Imperial Palace in a province with the hidden_resource "Italy" and have a huge city. Those are the only requirements, right? I have these requirements and it's 219BC playing the Julii using linedogs 2.1 new provinces mod and a whole lot of other alterations and additions.

If it's due to faulty modding, what files could disable the Marius Reforms? Makes looking for the problem a somewhat easier task.

Could it possibly be that I've assigned the hidden_resource "Italy" to certain units in the export_descr_building cause a conflict? Or assigning the Marius Reforms event to non-roman units?

Everything else seems to be in order as far as I know (descr_regions, export_descr_building except the above mentioned), which should indicate it to be working flawlessly!?

I really can't stand not being able to figure out what the problem is :embarassed:

you say they must come AFTER 220bc and you are in 219bc, maybe wait a few turns because they are at a random game date after you have those things

Ah so it's randomized ~:)
I thought it was the same as 1.0/1.1 in that way.
Never gotten to the Marius Reforms with 1.2, always restarted due to some reason or another, most of the time a modding-related one.

Anyways thanks and I'll continue playing now ~
