hello all

Is it possible to add more music to the game? I'm thinking of the main campaign map especially. i like the default music especially the girl singing moodily but there just isnt enough variety. Has anyone attempted this??? ~

in shogun total war, i remember adding my own movie rather than the usual stw intro movie for a campaign. I think for sounds, you just have to convert ur music to wav. and take put it into the sound folder where the sound you want to replace is and rename the music to the sound that you want to replace and have the replaced sound taken out of the folder and put it somewhere else as a backup.

You can replace any of the music files with files of your own choosing. To do this, locate the music files in your game folders. Copy them to a safe place. Then rename each file of yours that you want to have replace one of the default ones to the name of the replaced file, and then paste it to where you found the default files. The game recognizes the files by their name, so in order to have your music play, you have to name your music files to the corresponding default music file name.

EDIT: Yes, I think WingedVictory is correct--the files must be of the same type as the default files: .wav.

Yeah, I did it - Kinda
Some music I just didn't like like the Euro Battle or the Arab victory song so I switch the Arab Victory song to the Viking Victory song and so on. You just need to open up the sound directory and under music, play with it.

Also, a side question, does anyone know what kind of music that this game has is called. I would like to find more of it.
