View Full Version : Q: can soldiers of a unit be replenished?
Hi all,
say if my remaining soldiers of a unit has gone from 60 to 10, can it be replenished to 60? if not, then just let it die slowly when its soldier count become 0...???
thanks

The only way to do this is to drag the icon of another depleted unit onto it. If the total number of troops in the two units is less than the maximum unit size you set (60, in your case), then the two units will combine to make a single new unit.

To add to BakaGaijin's post,if you drop the depleted unit on one with an armor or weapon
upgrade the depleted unit will also get the upgrade. If you do it in reverse, drop the upgraded unit on the unit with no armor or weapon upgrade then the combined unit will lose the upgrade.

i do wish there was a way to replenish units since it is a hastle finding the correct # of units to make a # less than 60 or at least be able to split units in half or something so you could mix and match until you got 60.
To Hosakawa:
Sorry but you mistake: the soldiers are managed individualy. So when you merge an upgraded unit with a no upgraded unit, the men of the no upgraded unit will remain no upgraded. The symbol of upgrade is no accurate.
To wingwam:

No you can't. That is a big problem of the game. What i do is: i change the size of unit (to 120 per ex) just before the merging. So i can merge an unit of 30 with an unit of 31 (per ex).

To TooCool:
Are you saying that even though the combined unit shows that it has the upgrade only the original upgraded warriors actually have the upgrade and the others don't?How can this be proven or disproved, does anyone have any idea?
