It looks like many of you have created some great tools for MTW. I have been a big fan of ShogunTW for quite a while, but just got MTW. My problem is that I can't seem to download any of the charts and comparison documents. The download page comes up with an ad for Half-Life 2 Demo, but when I press to download...even a small document that is supposed to start immediately, nothing happens. Help if you can.
Thanks,
Zion_Raven :help:

I think its got something to do with how many people are in the queue?
You have to wait your turn, some times of the day are better than others.

Also, get the VI Campaign expansion as it adds many more features/factions, etc, and is needed to play most of the excellent mods for the game.
Cheers!

Leave it to a Greek hero to answer me. ~;) I was wondering whether anyone would.
I don't know what the problem is, but as far as the time in the queue, some of the downloads I have tried were so small it says you do not have to wait in line. I am using a really old computer though and went to a friends today that has a new one and the stuff pulled right up. I never could get pass the screen were you click on the link????
anyway, I really appreciate the answer. I was beginning to think that noone played this and everyone had went to RTW.
Oh, as far as all the cool Mods I have heard about, I will have to look around for an VI somewhere. I need to go read what the changes are.
Thanks again, and.....Long live the Hellenes!

Pretty easy to find VI online. I couldn't find it in any of the stores around me (too long after it came out) but ebay had plenty available at some reasonable prices, and I'm sure there's plenty of other good sites where you could find it.

Thanks, I'll look. By the way, who is Jack Handley? That really is a hilariously morbid, yet totally true quote. A good dose of reality in the fairie land of our own choosing.

Hi,
Jack Handy used to have a bit called "Deep Thoughts" on the old Saturday Night Live tv show. Quite twisted - here are a couple of collections:

I miss the 'good old days' of SNL. I used to watch it back when Chris Farley, Phil Hartman, etc. were on but have been mostly disappointed since then.
