I've been editing the descr_sm_settlements file for the Successors TW, so settlement models fit with the new cultures, but here's what I got when I launched the campaign :

Settlements that are now based on the greek/roman model (and that were previously of the barbarian culture) still has the barbarian 'ground' (I don't know which word to use for the thing I circled with red).
The same thing happens for all cultures and settlements.

Is there anyway to fix that without editing a TGA.DDS or a .cas file ?

I don't know of any text file, but the TGA's are located in:

\Data\terrain\aerial_map\bases\settlements

You can easily fix this by copying the Roman files (there is no greek version) and then rename those copies to Barbarian names. For example:

Move/Rename/Delete set_barb_00_underlay.tga
Copy set_rome_00_underlay.tga
Rename the copy to set_barb_00_underlay.tga

And do so for all roman bases.

Thanks DJ :)

Do you think I can add a new settlement base for carthage culture (there's no set_carthage, jsut as there's no set_greek) ? They're now being barbarians, and I'd like them to have the barbarian settlement base.
